At the inaugural AmCham Eurasian Economic Summit, held in Istanbul on October 24-25, 2024, Oybek Khalilov, CEO of Mosaic Insurance Group, was recognized for his outstanding contributions. The Energy & Construction (Re)Insurance Conference 2024 in Dubai brought together key industry leaders to explore future trends and challenges in managing risks across the energy and construction sectors. Among the notable participants was Oybek Nosirovich Khalilov, CEO of Mosaic Insurance Group. His involvement in the event highlighted his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry best practices. Over the course of the three-day intensive program, Oybek engaged in specialized training sessions focused on risk transfer, claims handling, risk engineering, and valuations, all crucial for managing the complex exposures in the global energy sector.
At the conclusion of the conference, Oybek Khalilov was awarded a certification of attendance, acknowledging his dedication to professional development and his active participation in the discussions that shape the future of energy and construction (re)insurance. Mr. Oybek Khalilov, CEO of Mosaic Insurance Group and President of AmCham Uzbekistan, participated in the “Roundtable on Global Best Practices for Attracting and Servicing Foreign Direct Investment,” organized by USAID’s Future Growth Initiative in partnership with EUROBAK and JSC “KAZAKH INVEST” on September 26, 2024.
The event convened key stakeholders, including representatives from the Government of Kazakhstan, such as Mr. Kuantyrov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Filip Stoyanovich, Regional Director of USAID’s Future Growth Initiative; as well as members from AmCham Tajikistan, the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic, EUROBAK, the diplomatic community, international donors, and international financial institutions.
