The Energy & Construction (Re)Insurance Conference 2024 in Dubai brought together key industry leaders to explore future trends and challenges in managing risks across the energy and construction sectors. Among the notable participants was Oybek Nosirovich Khalilov, CEO of Mosaic Insurance Group. His involvement in the event highlighted his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry best practices. Over the course of the three-day intensive program, Oybek engaged in specialized training sessions focused on risk transfer, claims handling, risk engineering, and valuations, all crucial for managing the complex exposures in the global energy sector.

The event convened key stakeholders, including representatives from the Government of Kazakhstan, such as Mr. Kuantyrov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Filip Stoyanovich, Regional Director of USAID’s Future Growth Initiative; as well as members from AmCham Tajikistan, the American Chamber of Commerce in the Kyrgyz Republic, EUROBAK, the diplomatic community, international donors, and international financial institutions.
